Reunion Challenge to the Class of 1968

Steven and Susie LowyExecutive Committee Co-chair Steven Lowy, BS '68, MS '70, and Susie Lowy have established a generous $100,000 Reunion Challenge to help the Class of 1968 to get a head start on their Reunion Class Gift!

While you may give to any area of the university to participate, Steve and Susie have chosen to support scholarships. Scholarship gifts help make an extraordinary educational experience possible for talented students, regardless of their financial means. Steve and Susie began supporting scholarships in 1979, and through the years, their generosity has helped attract, retain, and educate many of the problem-solvers, innovators, and leaders of tomorrow.

Class of 1968, participate in this challenge today and increase the impact of your gift.

How the Challenge Works

The 50th Reunion Challenge will match all gifts from Class of 1968 alumni (up to $100,000) as follows:

  Your Gift Match Provides
 New Gifts, increased gifts,
 and multi-year pledges
$1 $2
 Renewed Gifts $1 $1

If you are a current donor, please consider increasing your contribution or making a five-year pledge to take advantage of this generous 2:1 match. If you choose to make a multi-year pledge, the entire amount of your pledge counts toward the Class Gift goal, even though the full amount is not due this year.

How Do I Participate?

Simply make a gift or pledge payment of any amount to any area of the university between July 1, 2017, and June 30, 2018.
