Medallion Ceremony
The Class of 1969 will don cap and gown for this momentous ceremony led by Chancellor Mark S. Wrighton. Proceed as a class into Graham Chapel, participate in a beautiful ceremony, and receive a keepsake 50th Reunion Medallion. Family members and guests are welcome to join in this special not-to-be missed event for the 50th Reunion.

Commencement March
Experience Commencement once again, but this time you will lead the procession into the Quadrangle and sit on stage! Commencement is an important and moving event in the lives of students, faculty, parents, and alumni. Many past 50th Reunion attendees look back on this event as one of their favorite experiences during Reunion. Family members and guests are welcome to attend and will have special seating during the ceremony.

A special time on campus
Commencement weekend is an extraordinary time on campus. Students and their families celebrate graduation from Washington U. and it is wonderful to be able to experience this occasion again 50 years later. Though the campus has grown and changed, this is still your Washington University.

Journey Back to the Top of the Arch
Gateway Arch National Park has been transformed since your visit during freshman orientation! On Friday evening of Commencement, you will visit the new museum, which features 201 years of history in six themed exhibit areas, while enjoying cocktails and gourmet food stations with your classmates. Of course, no visit to the Arch is complete without a journey to the top! Don’t miss your opportunity to experience this breathtaking monument again and appreciate the best view in St. Louis. Roundtrip transportation from campus will be provided.

50th Reunion Class Party
End the weekend with a bang and enjoy your class party at the beautiful St. Louis Club with cocktails, dinner, and the musical stylings of the renowned Bob Kuban Band on Saturday, May 18 from 6:30 -10 p.m. Take in the views of St. Louis from the 16th floor ballroom while spending the last few hours of this exciting Reunion weekend reminiscing with classmates. Complimentary parking will be available in the garage.
