Reunion at Thurtene Carnival

How can I get involved with Reunion at Thurtene?
You can become a Reunion Ambassador. As an ambassador, we ask that you contact classmates to encourage them to return to campus for Reunion, participate in your class gift at any dollar amount, and attend Reunion April 13-15, 2018. To sign up visit our Reunion Ambassador resource page. 
Does a Reunion Ambassador have to work during Reunion Weekend?
No! We just want you to have a wonderful time with friends.
Where can I find the events schedule for Reunion 2018?
Click here for the current 2018 schedule. Please check back often as we continue to add events daily.
How do I register for Reunion?
You can register online until Tuesday, April 10 at 12 noon CDT. After Tuesday, April 10, you can register on-site at the Welcome Center, Cocktails with Classmates, the Alumni BBQ, or your Class Party.
Do I need to register in advance?
You are strongly encouraged to register in advance as many events sell out before Reunion. 
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes! Approximately a week before Reunion, we will send you a confirmation email detailing the events for which you have registered.
What is the Early Bear Package?
Register for the Early Bear Package which includes our three signature events, Cocktails with Classmates, the Alumni BBQ, and your Class Party by March 7, 2018 and receive a $10 discount. 
How do I make changes to or cancel my Reunion event registration(s)?
Please call 800-867-2586 if you need to change your reservation or you are no longer able to attend Reunion weekend. We ask that all cancellations are made by March 30.
Where can I stay during Reunion weekend?
Check out our Hotel Accommodations page for hotel deals and room block information. Book your hotel soon as some hotels sell out fast at the discounted rate.
How do I make changes to or cancel my hotel reservation?
Contact your hotel directly to change or cancel your reservations. Some hotels have a 45-day cancellation policy. Please refer to your hotel reservation for additional information on their cancellation policy
May I bring my family?
Yes! In addition to many family-friendly events offered throughout the weekend, we have extensive programming for children of all ages through Bear Club. Bear Club is designed to allow alumni to enjoy their Friday and Saturday nights knowing that their children will be entertained and cared for by licensed and bonded temporary professional nannies from TLC for Kids assisted by Washington University staff and students. Bear Club is divided into five recommended tracks to ensure age-appropriate and engaging activities for all participants. Parents can also arrange for private childcare through TLC for Kids by calling 314-725-5660 or visiting their website.
