Celebrate
Reunion at Thurtene Carnival will be packed with events on campus and around St. Louis, but there are a few signature Reunion experiences you won’t want to miss, like the Welcome Back Party, the Alumni BBQ on the East End of Danforth Campus, and your Class of 2023 Party! We’re busy working on a full schedule, so check back in early 2024 to read about all of the receptions, tours, and events we have planned. Let us know if you’re planning to attend.
Class of 2023 Party
Join your 2023 classmates in one of St. Louis’ hottest destinations: 18Rails at City Foundry. What was once the center of industrial activity in St. Louis is now home to 17 unique restaurants, local shops, the Alamo Drafthouse, City Winery, Sandbox VR, and the tech-infused Puttshack mini golf experience. Enjoy an unforgettable evening with your classmates as you experience a fun and chic venue, music and photo opportunities, beer and wine, and delicious food stations.

Reunion class gift
At WashU, we believe in the power of tradition, community, and the transformative impact of education. Your reunion year is not only an opportunity to reconnect with old friends but also a chance to make a meaningful contribution to the institution that played a significant role in shaping your journey.
Be a part of the time-honored tradition of giving back through your reunion class gift. Regardless of the size of your contribution, every gift makes an impact on the university, its students, and the larger community.

Class memories
Looking back at 2023
Sterling K. Brown to give WashU’s 162nd Commencement address
During the ceremony, Sterling K. Brown will receive an honorary doctor of fine arts degree. He will address more than 3,400 members of the Class of 2023 and their friends and family members.
12 Class of 2023 will launch their careers in St. Louis
Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine student Alexandra Zdonczyk both loves the people and places that make St. Louis unique and recognizes the disparities and injustices that hold it back. For both reasons, she is staying.
Class Acts: Kai Radford
Senior Kai Radford started serving St. Louis’ children when she, herself, was a child — reading at story times, helping at camps, supporting victims of violence. A decade later, she is poised to continue that work as a foster care case manager, building strong families and advocating for some of the 4,500 local children in the foster care system.
