Insurance is not required but highly recommended, and you are welcome to use any company you like. Time Sensitive Offerings
Please note that certain insurance features, such as “cancel for any reason” (CFAR) coverage and pre-exiting condition waivers, must be purchased within a specific window of time, typically 10-21 days from the date on your welcome letter. The Travel Program will send your official trip registration welcome letter to the email address you provide the tour operator when signing up for the trip. If you choose to work with Meyer and Associates, you will need that letter to purchase time-sensitive coverage. One of their licensed professionals can provide more details on these offerings.
