Bob Wickizer, MA ’75, runs a commercial winery that he started in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He grows his own grapes, winning awards in San Francisco and in other competitions.
Mark Kramer, MArch ’75, and his wife, Margi, wrote and illustrated a children’s book, Molli & Me and the Family Tree.
David Mason, BS ’75, was appointed to the board of directors of The Mann Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia.
Robert Lowes, AB ’75, a longtime journalist, published his first collection of poetry, An Honest Hunger: Poems (Wipf and Stock Publishers, 2020), which reviewers called “a joyful dance with everyday life” and “a book of great heart.”

WashU Chancellor William H. Danforth will confer eight honorary degrees in addition to 1,139 undergraduate and 1,215 graduate degrees at the University's 114th commencement exercises.
1,000 WashU men take to the hardwood in annual intramural basketball craze
Approximately 1,000 students, faculty and staff play weekly on 110 intramural basketball teams from December to February, making it and the equally heavily attended softball program the most popular extracurricular activities on campus.
McDonnell Center for Space Sciences to be established with $4 million gift
WashU will receive gifts totaling $4 million over the next four years from the McDonnell Aerospace Foundation to establish a Center for Space Sciences, Chancellor William H. Danforth announced this week.
