The Washington University Alumni Association is committed to fostering a culture of understanding, inclusion, and outreach where all alumni feel welcomed, represented, and valued. We are better when alumni from all identities, backgrounds, and experiences feel like they belong in the Washington University community.

The Office of Alumni and Constituent Engagement (ACE) recently finalized a three-year strategic plan that supports the essential work of diversity, equity, and inclusion in several ways:

  • Facilitate focus groups with underrepresented alumni
  • Increase diversity of alumni volunteers
  • Cultivate a diverse ACE staff to reflect the alumni community
